It sure does look nice!!......I would love one of these to go on my 3 cell surefire light.

The Seraph is cheaper (which is why I got one) but I think you cant really do a direct comparison just like that.
They both have their uses and it seems one significant factor for the developement of the TX4 was to give Military and LEO guys a brighter light(without causing too much tunnel vision or creating that nasty bright spot on the wall some lights make when used inside), and to give them a smaller less bulky alternative for their weapon lights. (important when moving around inside buildings? no?)

When u say the Seraph P7 cant work with a M2C......How so?
Both these heads are M series compatible and both require a M2C to work on a C series light.
Just go to the LumensFactory website and you will see they even sell their own M2C just for the Seraph P7.

BTW OpticsHQ has the TX4 and M2C available aswell if you are interested.

I thought I remember people saying and LF, that the design of the Seraph P7 does not fit C series bodies even with an adapter. That may no longer be the case as you say LF has made their own. But I dont own any third party C2M adapters to try it.

Fair enough.

I believe the problem wasnt that the Seraph P7 wouldnt fit in a M2C adapter but that the outer spring on the P7 didnt fit in the C/P series bodies.
Even though there is a M2C in the middle the Seraph head still needs to slide that little bit further into the original C series host. Certain members have already "modded" the springs to make their Seraph P7's fully compatible.

LF have released Version 2 of the seraph P7 and I think the main change was simply the spring....(though if someone else can chime in)

Here are some links that state it is compatible with C/P etc series.

Also if you check out https://www.candlepowerforums.com/threads/241293&page=2

Is your Seraph V1 or V2?

I found this in the CPF link above....... ""The original version could not fit Surefire C/P/Z flashlights even with a C to M adaptor.
We have make some revisions on the interior dimensions so the Verison II could fit, all else remains same as the original."

So the V2 was changed a bit. I'm not sure if it was just the spring they changed or the module .

Hopefully someone can chime in here
