Fenix question

I want to buy a fenix single AA light with a light diffusser wand for backpacking. What is the difference between the LD10+ premium q5 and the pre r4? One is cheaper right now and I don't know what I am looking at. Is the MC10 worth looking at? thanks. I also want a clip to mount to my brim of my hat.

Q5 is an XR-E with a max of 120 lumens. R4 is an XP-G with a little more punch having a max of 132.

The XR-E will probably out throw the XP-G, but the XP-G will have a bigger hotspot.

Tough choice. Slightly brigher or slightly cheaper.

I think so. It's by far the most versatile light that I own and it has proven itself many times even though I have only had mine for about two weeks now. Note that it does not have a diffuser wand that you want but it does come with a flip-down diffuser lens.
