Tomahawk mods? parts identification

I dont know modding at all except that I modded my gladius. The tomahawk MC looks like a Seoul P4? can you guys tell me if the driver can handle something more like a MCE or P7 by looking at the second picture?

Oh apparently, according to WilliamLafferty, who I bought this from, Milkyspit was interested in this light. Sorry Scott, i got to it sooner. But if you want to mod it let me know haha.

I'd go with a K2 TFFC. Fred's currently selling them here: http://www.cpfmarketplace.com/mp/showthread.php?t=224626

People seem to be (myself included) having good experiences when swapping from a SSC P4 to the Lux K2 in their Novatacs. :thumbsup:

How did you get it open? Would love to have mine upgraded to a brighter led.

Thanks. So can you tell me what output does the novatacs have with SSC P4? And after the swap?

Are the Lux K2 simply a star or just the emitter? What was necessary to mod the novatac?

I'm confident I can swap a star but not an emitter.

It is as simple as unscrewing the head/bezel off. Be careful as the heatsink will spin and all that is holding it in place are wires.
