First up is a large knurled brass variety, 18mm orange trit, and domed tail. Second is a large knurled and cross-cut bare aluminum variety, 11mm green trit, and smooth flat tail. Third is very special. I had this titanium variety recently commissioned by Fred and it's most certainly one of a kind. The anodization is a "fortunate accident" as he calls it, almost certainly not replicated again. The inner grooves are sort of pinkish, while the outer surface varies from silver to blue to green to all sorts of hues in between depending on the angle and lighting. It houses an 18mm green trit, has a domed tail. And for the most unique part in my opinion......an McR-27 reflector. It doesn't affect the output at all from what I can tell but from a certain angle you can definitely see the orange peel. I opted for this aluminum feature over the plastic variant to make it even more unique. I tried my best to take pics showing off this feature and it's evident in one.

Large Brass w/18mm orange trit -
$200 SPF
Large Aluminum w/11mm green trit - $190 SOLD
Large Titanium w/18mm green trit - $460 SOLD

For the record, I'm not a dad......yet. This is a gift for my own dad. Thinking of a Macbook Pro 13".

While we're at it, let's make a minor price adjustment. :sssh: :D

$100 off lovecpf

Now $900 shipped

+1 for the Macbook Pro 13" (I have one and love it)

Forgive my ignorance. This is the first time I have seen anything like these items. Are they area lights? Tritium powered, or glow powder? Is there also an led? The are very attractive!:naughty:

crizyal, you can read more about Luce de Notte's here: https://www.candlepowerforums.com/threads/186049

In a few words, they're self-illuminating art. Basically you've got a a housing, a reflector, a lens, an endcap, and a tritium gas sphere. I can take measurements later tonight if someone has interest in those specs.

How about another price drop for the group? $50 more off

Now $850 shipped

If I split them up they'll be priced according to what I actually paid. Titanium obviously being the most, then the aluminum and brass very close together. Would prefer to sell as a set.

Thanks Wai, good to hear from you too. I've been here the whole time, just exercising self-restraint with respect to making posts. :sssh:

As for the laptop, yeah I definitely want to make it happen but not at too much of a loss. With this next price drop I'm losing just over $200 from what I paid. Can't keep it up too much longer, Dad might just get a hand-me-down instead :party::devil::nana: I'll keep them, or split up if I have to go any lower.

Lets try $800 shipped anywhere

Now split up. I'm holding onto the brass for the time being. First come first serve, prices include shipping. See 1st post.

Free bump.

The beauty and craftsmanship of a Luce di Notte can only truly be appreciated in person (and mostly in the dark). These are simply works of art.
