You may want to look into something from HDS/Ra. Their shape allows you to hold the light securely between 2 fingers while holding the handgun. They also have a tactical ring accessory to provide better grip on the light.

The HDS would be shorter in length than your requirements, but would likely be easier to handle along with a gun. It can run on RCR123 or CR123A, and has a tail switch. It will not be as bright as the lights you had mentioned, but HDS lights are built like a tank and would last a very long time.

The EDC Executive 120 at $99 would fit in to your price range.

Look at the Quark 123-2 Tactical or AA-2 Tactical. You can set two output levels so that there is no fiddling later. One lower level for indoors and a higher output level for outdoors. It has a momentary switch as required of a room clearing light and also can click on for constant output if you so require.
