Hi ...

Just another SST-90 Mod I've done a few days ago ... Never seen something similar here.

Finished Flashlight ... SST-90 @ 5A, 3* 25500, 5.06A to the Emitter

Custom coper heatsink

Everything put together

I'm using the DX reflector (had to modify it)... Beamshots will follow later this night.

I have a SST-90 waiting here for a Mag 3C with nimh 3s pack...i'm planning to use the britelumens reflector, which i also have here for a mag 623 build^^

Are your 3 26500's in parallel?
That build looks really good and the heatsink is impressive!

No ... in series

It'll stay in regulation @ 5A for ~ 1.5h.

I'll be really curious about the beamshots from that DX reflector. I have one at home I was going to use with a P7. Maybe I'll use it with my next SST-90 instead.

What sort of regulator are you using? Is it a Der Wichtel 5A Powerbuck? And is that a Lambdalights heatsink?

Coper is to expensive and stores the heat for a long period of time ... Al dosn't store that much heat. Would look like this one:

If there is enough interest for 10-15 we could work something out.

Yes, PLEASE! Damn D-cell Mags get all the love, ain't nuthin' for the far superior C-cell Mags. :thinking:
