If it had been the aluminum version I think I would have taken it already. :) Great light!

If you hadn't sold me Mac's wonderful cerakoted EDC, I'd be broke buying this one. Great light from a great seller, now we need a great buyer.

Isn't this the exact version you're looking for?

Yes, but preferred not to pay the Ti premium. I thought for sure this one would get snatched up right away, should sell soon.

Thanks. It is very appropriate for me as it seems all I do is wait for flashlights to arrive. It is what it is.:broke:

I'm here sniffing this sales thread out, but I prefer the 1.4 driver and no clip.

Anyone that is on the fence regarding this light, jump off and buy it. You'll love it and thank me later.

Coloradogps might own as many of these great lights as I do, so maybe he might take the plunge after seeing this thread.

I use a protected cell and have used this light for less than a minute.

Does the driver have a low-voltage cutoff so it won't over-discharge unprotected cells? If so, I might change my mind and get the 2.8amp driver instead.

The driver has low voltage warning (flashes). That means it's time to re-charge.

Mac

Maybe that will help you, otherwise somebody can enlighten us or a search or the sales threads?

Thanks,
Frank

I've only run down one imr cell in my EDC 2800 - I would estimate run time at close to 1 hour - at least 45 minutes.

It did do the flash for me to let me know it was low. I use high most of the time.

I've got one just like this - it's fantastic. I also picked up a Al - personally I prefer bare Ti over bare Al - the Al is going to get a coat.
