Hi,

for Sale:

- Extra Short 1 D Mag powered by one 32600 Lion Cell (direct drive)
- One Neutral white SST-90 Emitter
- 5 Mode DX driver (originaly for a P7) modified for up to 20 amps output!!!
- Aspherical Lens
- glow powder with epoxy arround the emitter
- finned head
- finned body

when i shorten the tailend there was a mistake by me with my lathe, so there are some scratches there! after this i finned the body so the scratches are nearly unvisible.

Very nice looking light. Some outdoor beam shots with a comparison to a more common LED light might be nice as well.

What can you use to charge the battery with?

sorry but i haven´t any common light to compare
at this moment have only some hid thrower and this baby:

but belive me, it is much brighter the a mc-e aspherical.

for the battery you can use any lion charger that deliver between 500mA and 5000mA or the kaidomain 32600 charger for some bugs.

i try to make some pictures of the driver and his mods. but it is simple, remove the fet and replace it with a bigger one. remove the resistors between - and the fet.
i always use fets from old computer mainboards. they doesn´t cost anything and normaly have a very low gate voltage!

Ok, I still have one slight problem. I dont know what a fet is. I know you said they can be found in computers, but I was wandering if you could give me a little more to go on? Like by a bigger one am I just looking for one of a larger size, or is there a set of numbers on them I can go by? Where in a computer would I look, the mother board or something else? I would even be ok with ordering them if I had to.

hi,

you need an (logic level) n chanel fet. mostly located at the voltage regulator for the cpu on the mainboard. you can read the label on the fets an check the datasheets via google.
