Deerelight MCE warm?

I have a Deerelight MCE that gets rather warm when I go out at night to feed dogs. Is there something I can do to cool it off? I know I can put it on low, just wondering if there is anything else for cooling. I am using extension with two 18650's.

Since I haven't gotten an answer here, I guess there is nothing I can do????

The question is what to do with low heat dissipation. Dereelight has one of the best heat transfer "system". Yes, we can improve even further heat transfer from pill to body using thermal paste, but we cannot do anything with heat dissipation from head-body to the air.
Heat dissipation is a function of dissipation area and material heat resistance,low area - low dissipation. How to improve it ? Not in our case: it's part of the flashlight: fins on the head and body, raised dots, any approach of raising dissipating area. Deree DBS built in slick way, so it will get hot quickly and cannot dissipate such amount of heat on temp>25C. CL1H even on 1.5A of load gets hot quickly 3SD XP-E pill.
