Colored LS LED\'s: Binning and brightness variation

I've a question concerning colored LED's. While white LED's are often offered for different brightness and VF bins, I've never seen an offer for a very bright cyan or yellow LED.
Is the brightness variation of the white's caused by the phosphor variation, and is therefore the brightness variation of colored LED's much better?
A Cyan 1W LS should have 36lm (datasheet) as typical value, this double the value of a white LS (also datasheet), but less than a R ranked LED. Is it therefore possible to get 80lm cyan 1W LEDs?

I belive so. Just like the color binning for colored LS varies. Some Cyans look Blue, some Green, and not Cyan.

Personally I'd like to see a yellow-green green LS. that'd be neat.
