plan so far:

  1. 9P head
  2. fivemega 3P body
  3. Pelican 2326 tape switch
  4. Nailbender 1mode XP-G r5

Anyone have any better ideas?

Not interested in a SF m300. Not interested in that rail mount.

Smallest?

  • E1e/E2e incandescent bezel
  • koala/yclo or kuku427 LED tower module
  • Aleph 1x123 body
  • SF m300/m600 tape switch (UE07)

With a C2 for reference...

Awesome...

Know of any good places to get the incandescent bezel and a cheaper place than surefire.com to get the UE07?

Thanks for the idea

UE07's show up in the Marketplace occasionally, and they frequently don't sell, so I'd recommend posting a WTB over there.

You shouldn't have any trouble getting an incan bezel in the Marketplace.

Depending on your application, I don't know if I'd actually recommend that set-up. The LED towers for the E-series incan bezels produce great flood beams, but very little throw. Malkoff's VME head is only a few mm longer and can accept any of Malkoff's drop-ins as well as some aftermarket P60 drop-ins.

Is the Aleph 1x123 body smaller than the standard e1e body? Obviously doesn't have the clip... Other than that?
Other than the clip, they're very similar. I haven't measured them, but I'd be surprised if they weren't the same length.

Only asked bc I was going to get that e1e that went on ebay for $51 shipped. Maybe a tad cheaper than the Aleph and the bezel separately.
I lost it and the Aleph will be easier to mount anyway :)

Again, thanks for the idea
