Problem with EagleTac T20C2

Just got this light today, and it has an unusual problem. The low mode doesnt work....I have no problem accessing SOS, Strobe or beacon, but when i get to low mode the light quickly dims to 0 lumens. It takes about 1 second. It looks like its about to stop on 5 lumens but keeps going, and just dies. The batteries are fresh. Whether i go general-turbo-general or turbo-general-turbo it doesnt matter. The light will not turn back on unless i either turn the head back to turbo/general or i turn the light off then on again. This is a real bummer since i have a big trip coming up in a few days.
