I have number 053 and I was wondering what it is worth. It has a very white beam. I would like to sell it but I don't know what to ask for it.

Based on supply and demand. ARC sells seconds for $50 and it's a lottery as to what you get, but the comments here have all been positive. Someone just sold a LSH-S on BST within the last 3 days for $40. The P's bring alot more.

I would guess that it is worth more than a new Second (assuming it is a First) and less than a new Standard.
Take your best guess and if it doesn't sell, you can always lower the price.

I sold one in B/S/T for $59 [inluding shipping to CONUS] a couple months ago. It went in less than two hours, if I had time and patience I might have been able to get an extra buck or two.

Of course YMMV, and I sold mine just a few days before the L4 was announced [I suspect I might have had a problem if was a few days after the L4 announcement].
