Owning both a G2 and E2e gives me a supply of 123As that still have juice, but not enough to use in the G2 or E2e. Also, many coworkers now use G2s, and thus the pile of used 123As is growing. Would a KL4/E1 combo be good to use these used batts, or maybe Innova X-5T?? What would your suggestions be??

I think the E1/KL1 would best utilize the used 123As. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Oops, KL1! Thanks for the reply skyline. the KL1 is actually what I meant to put. It's just the L4 and KL4 is on everyone's mind lately, including mine.

Looks like the price of the KL1/E1E would be close to the price of an L4. The L4 would probably be the better way to go, huh??? Has anyone used the L4 with used 123As from another lithium incandescent??

Yes, and it works well. When my incan lights start to dim there is still plenty of usable power at full brightness for the L4. They should last a little longer with the KL1. The only hassle is that you always need to have backup batteries on you if you don't already. I then tried the used cells from the L4 in my Arc LS, but it wouldn't give full power. Now after the L4, batteries go in my X5T and still give some usable light.
