or if not do they make a similar part that will fit either of these models? jetbeam advertises the jet-1 pro series as tailstandable as it comes, but i've learned that's not entirely true per c.p.f. members.

No, it won't because neither of the menitonned models are designed to have exchangable tailcap bezels.
