How low is the low on this puppy? Anything you can compare it to?

My guess would be 40 lumens. It is similar to the medium level on a 4sevens mini CR2.

Is this from the newest run? What are the options you choose?

The driver is a stock MCU-C7 with a ~1300mA output on high. It is programmable and currently setup in group 5 (3 mode - 100% - 30% - 5%).
Warm tint MC-E and has a green tailcap (not backlit).
