My new Tiablo A10-G arrived today. I have been attempting to cycle through the brightness settings without success.

The instructions say that when the light is in Mode A, pressing the tail cap for more than 3 seconds will activate the light cycling through the infinite brightness settings.

Well, I've followed the instructions and this has not happened. I can't even get the light to switch from mode a to mode b.

What could I be doing wrong?

Erich

My A10-G came with 2 switches - one single-stage only, the other multi-mode. See my review for more info.

Maybe you have the single-stage switch installed?

Thanks. After looking at your review, it would appear that the single stage switch is installed (mine also came with two switches).

Your review had a picture of the two switches, and there is a visual difference between the two switches. The switch that you identified as the single stage switch is the one currently in the light.

Better instructions would have made this clear, but thanks for your response as you've no doubt cleared up my confusion.

Thanks............Erich
