New user introduction

Hi I would just like to introduce myself to the forum.... stoli67

I am new to CPF but have been very interested in what I have read so far.

I have collected a few torches so far....

Fenix
E01, LD01, LD10, LD20
TK11, TK21, TK40, TK45
PD10, PD20, PD30

Maglight
6 D cell, 2D cell with LED, 2 AA with LED, 2 AAA, 1 AAA

LED Lenser
P7, V2 keyfinder and a stainless steel classic line (not sure of the number)

Together with a massive GMC light (originally purchased from an ALdi store.

I a have just ordered a nitecore EZAA and am keenly awaiting its arrival.


I would like to get a Surefire (though they are quite pricey over here in Australia) perhaps an E2D.


I have been trying to find out the OTF power of my PD30 (rated as 265 lumens I assume at the emmiter) vs the E2D..... could anyone help me with that? The E2D does seem quite expensive compared to the PD30 so I hope that in reality it has more grunt.

Nice collection mate. On the Surefire problem, go to the CPF Marketplace and join up. You often see Surefires for sale and even though the prices are U.S. dollars, they still end up cheaper.

Another CPFer here in Brizzy bought a 6P with a Malkoff M61 drop-in for $110 delivered. An incan 6P will set you back about $80 minimum here in Oz.

Your "starter" collection is mighty impressive!

I am from Sydney.... right now I am probably annoying my neighbours with me TF45..... thanks for the link for my 6d Mag....


I bought a LED upgrade for my 2D mag (a genuine meg upgrade) It is not very bright though... No where near my little PD30 or even the PD20.

If you like your mags a bit (like I do) have a look at this.

There's a waiting list and it's been a long time coming, but what a ripper.
