they say "no pic".
are you sure it is the X-11m from LedWave? This one looks like an Arc LS-clone to me. IMO there was even a thread mentioning they had exactly copied the circuitry of the Arc ....

Boy howdy.... was there ever...
It's here (mercifully locked).

It got heated at times, but the pics are interesting.

I believe this is the one seen at the last Shot Show and was considered by those who saw it there as a cheap made-in-Spain copy of the ARC LS.

Well - no, it doesn't look like that specific Arc clone (I got the printed catalogue, and that one has a picture: apparently colourless anodized aluminium body w/ a black plastic clip around the bottom half). From the price and the looks, I suppose it's a cheap (China/Taiwan?) light, maybe another Arc clone - or even a clone from the clone.

yeah JSB, I think we'll switch back to English.
a summary of what was said in German:
we are not sure if it is really a regulated 1W LS for EUR30 since we do not believe the marketing claims of some manufacturers, see LedLenser's claims.
No pic yet, and no one has bought it right now.

First fool?
This must be my part...

- really white beam color
- typ. low dome beam
- maybe Chinese origin, but never seen there
- convenient belt clip
- dirt cheap, abt. 33 US-$
- clickie switch
- regulated, claimed 2 hrs constant output

artar: see jack flash's post. Otherwise, my old scanner doesn't work under my current OS :-(
jack flash: looks about right, although IIRC the Conrad version didn't have the three rings turned down in the front part. Looks awfully big compared to the Arc.
And it has to be regulated - or at least needs a converter. No other way to run a white LED from a single 123.

Bye
