Batteries for Eagletac T20C2 Mark 11

Hi everyone.I am new to all this so please be gental lol.Given the same quality batteries what differences if any would i notice between 2x cr123a
1x 18650 with regard to output and runtimes?
Thanks for any help.
Should mention the light is a Eagletac T20C2 Mark 11
