Actually T-rex,
To many a CPFer's surprise, Streamlight's web page has that particular spec.

Check it out.

Anyway, it is important to note that the bulb itself is rated at 450 lumens. This does NOT mean that the flashlight itself can output 450 lumens. You have heat loss, reflector efficiency, voltage drop on batteries, etc.
A good example is the Philips D2S HID bulb(used in the KumKang HID, and the still-prototype Surefire Beast).
Although the bulb is rated at 3200 lumens, the best that the Beast could manage to shoot out of it's head was 2000 lumens.

I just use a simple rule of thumb of taking the bulb rating and multiply it by 75% ~ 80%, if it's a well designed reflector and light, and 60 ~ 70% if it's not. So it's important to say something like "the bulb is rated at....." whenever you're not too sure.

So, the SL-35X probably outputs somewhere between 300 ~ 340 lumens.

I'm interested in a statement at the bottom of the page mentioned above -

A very white flashlight lamp will be rated around 3200 K.

Hmm.
