Need information about SKU005296 driver

Hi all,
I have some questions about the KD super output SSC P7 driver board SKU005296. First: this driver comes with black and red wires, is that input ou output and where do I solder the other 2 wires? Second which part of the driver do I heatsink? and third how to move between the three modes?

The red and black wires installed are the LED output wires. The post in the center of the back side is the Batt "+" terminal, and the negative is either of the two "C" shaped copper contacts on the outside diameter. As far as heatsinking, you'll have to get the heat away from the Schottky diode. It's the black rectangle right next to the coil, but I'm unsure because I've seen many configurations of this driver, some with 2.

I just used the "feel" method, power it up, and feel for what is getting hot, then heatsink it to the body. Good luck, I no longer use this driver, too unreliable, but I've heard it's been improved.
