What kind of handpiece does it take? I have the SP200 and my power supply is different from the picture (handpiece plugs into front).

You might be better off keeping your eyes open for a complete setup that includes the hand piece and a maybe a few tips.. Sometimes it drives up the cost when you go looking for ONLY certain pieces (like a just the handpiece). Tips are readily available in separate auctions..

Why get two?, the same seller has a single unit here for $45 "Buy it now". It pretty easy to find a used Metcal PS for under $50 at eBay if you look around a bit.
