The Gransees were on vacation /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif (good for them - they deserve some time off).

The nice lady who was "minding" the shop let me play with and look the Arc AA prototype - VERY NICE! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

She said that they'll be ready "in another week or two."

not really a shop....more of an office/assembly line complex.

Re: I stopped by Arc today in Phoenix . . .

Chamenos is right. It's more of a "workshop". /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Think about a fine gunsmith or master car-tuner
type place and that will get you closer to what it is. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
It's not really what I would call a retail flashlight "boutique".

It's no-frills industrial but it's where "fine Arc" is created! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

However, it is a "Mecca" for flash-a-holics and yes, I have
made the "pilgrimage"! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif

Re: I stopped by Arc today in Phoenix . . .

I keep trying to up-load the photos to my web page
but I'm getting "technical difficulties" type messages
from my provider. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif

I will keep trying and post the photos when possible. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon23.gif

Ahhh, Lux, Just looking at your photos of all those LS's and AAA's waiting to find their way into the hands of flashaholics around the world makes me smile. My Arcs are really some of my most valued possessions, their utility, quality and beauty are unsurpassed. Me want more!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/broke.gif

Yes, But I don't think I'd have any "take home pay" at the end of the week. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Take home pay? I'd have to give *them* money at the end of the week /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Re: I stopped by Arc today in Phoenix . . .

I do work close by to Arc's shop. It's extremely difficult to go there without whipping out my credit card for this, that or the other. Last week, I swung by there to pick up two LS's, just for the heck of it. It's really bad for my bank account. Ah, this flashlight sickness is gonna put a dent in my retirement fund.

I would roll around in them, bathing myself in them, like Eric Cartmen.
