I have an aluminum cr 2 ion that I've tested in my shop built integrating sphere. My testing protocol is not ANSI Certified. The lumen readings were 3 on the low setting and 29 on the high setting.

Hey PrecisionWorks - that sounds like for the Ion original, the flood version. This is the XT, that uses a higher power LED (Cree XR-E if I'm not mistaken, but my memory is slowly going, heh) and should be closer to 100L or so on high.

The original Ion was advertised 40L on high.
