Hello guys
I have a DX XR-E(?) R2 drop-in which has a faulty driver which is under-driving the LED ( 0.3 A at the tail rather then 1.0 A) and got to wondering: can I just stick in a resistor and driver the LED strait off a rechargeable TF 18650? The drop-in came with sku. 24200.
Any idea if this will work? what size resistor I would need....etc?
Thanks in advance, (sorry if this is in the wrong place)
