You might want want to specify a bit more about your requirements (size, batteries, run times etc)

I have a Romison RC-C6 II Q5 (purchased from Shiningbeam ) which has a aspheric zoom lens so it can be adjusted to 100% hot spot, 100% spill or anything in between.

Try "recoil" in DX or KD search tool.
...or CPF search tool.

Search for the DEFT if you have some $ to spend, and size isn't a major concern.

If not, the Tiablo T9 w/aspherical head is probably almost ALL hotspot/no spill and throws extremely far as well.

I've heard deerelight makes some good throwers too, maybe they have a aspherical head as well?

All along I thought 100% hotspot and zero spill was called a laser?

looking more for a light that produces a 3-5 foot hotspot, no spill, at 90-ish feet.

Bushnell has one to but the beam is square, it's called the HD light.
As in High Definition beam with no spill.

I got to play with it in the store, it's neat but not my cup of tea. 170 lumens with in a room it'd be handy, I bought the Stramlight Supertac that day instead. (this was before I knew of CPF) I was looking for a thrower.
