A couple of questions for those of you with experience here.
1st .... My Incendio is having problems with the clicky. From being stuck
in 1 mode (high) to switching modes when I turn it on. Anybody have
this problem with this light?
2nd I bought it at Battery Junction almost 2 months ago and they will fix or replace under warranty. I tried calling 3 separate days with no answer at all.
Are they usually this hard to reach?
Finally this week they answered offered a RMA, but said I must pay
shipping both ways. Their web site says they will pay shipping back after a
warranty repair???? Anyone know if this is normal? I am not to happy with them at this point and would like to know if this is how they usually do business as I will probably not buy from them again.
