LED Logic - Striker VG - Whatever Became of the Company?

I was just charging up the battery of my Striker-VG and it made me wonder whatever happened to the company. The domain name is up for sale -- normally not a good sign.

Anyone know whatever became of them?

Ah, was just wondering the same thing. Looks like they just faded into obscurity. They seemed to have invested quite a bit into the design of the Striker with the hope of finding customers in law enforcement... kind of an all your eggs situation.

Love the Striker's TIR lens and the feel of the light overall. Even doubles as a kubotan of sorts, with some suprising mass behind it.
