Compared to some of my other neutral emitter lights, I would guess that the high is somewhere between 160 and 180 lumens after stepdown. Default low is 0.33 lumens and you can program it down to 0.08

Only the emitter was changed, so you get the 22 levels that is standard for the RA 120.
