Is there a *Quality* strobe tailcap?

I have a friend with an E2DL who has seen my Clicky strobe and wants the same ability in his Surefire. He's a LEO, so this is something that should be highly reliable.

I have seen reference to a couple of Chinese? strobe tailcaps by G&P and Solarforce that MrGman showed on the Malkoff lights.

I'm wondering if something high quality exists for the E2DL that would give it the same strobe feature? I'd rather see him buy an HDS 170T than get something unreliable that might fail, but he's already got the E2DL and likes the light.

What do you think? Suggestions? Is there something from Surefire that would give him this ability?

Elzetta make a Hi/Strobe tailcap that may fit. I'm not an expert on SureFire so I can't say for sure. The Elzetta tailcap is pretty steep so you wanna make sure that it will fit before ordering. Good luck. :thumbsup:
