What li-ion chemistry 14500 sized battery should i purchase for the quark mini AA XPG S2? I only really plan on using the light on "low" and "medium" but would like my short "high" bursts to be safe. All this different chemistry/current draw talk is making my head spin. About to purchase the flashlight but would like to include batteries and charger in the same order. Help...

Protected, always.

Unless you are running a multi-emitter setup or a led that must be pushed harder from a single cell, then go for the IMR.
