This has always bugged me.

Does anyone know why surefire doesn't make it so there led lights use RCR123 batteries?

I won't spend $1.50 to 2.00 per battery to use a flasight for a couple hours.

I do love the build quality and designs of surefire lights though.

Also does anyone know why there outputs are so low? Like 60 up to 120 lumens?

My little keychain peak Logan light is said to have over 300 lumens, and my tiablo light I had was over 700 lumens.

So why is it that surefire can't boost there output?

Please don't take any offense to my questions. I love surefire lights but I just can't afford to spend that much money on batteries.
