After buying and playing with several lights and seeing their lux #s Im starting to get the feel for how much throw a certain lux has.
However Im not familiar with the term CD that I sometimes see on manufacturers claims. I think Mag, surefire and Fenix all have it on their box. I just noticed the newest Fenix TK15 brochure said intensity 11,592 cd.
So is cd a lux measurement? Is it a 1:1 conversion for lux at 1 meter?
