I'm building a walking light for late night walks and I've settled on the Elle 2 body with no segments for four 18650s in series. Unfortunately with the programmable regulator the space is a little tight. I need a spacer ring for the tail cap to maintain continuity even though the tail cap is not completely screwed on.
Dimensions:
Inner diameter - 51.65 mm
Outer diameter - 53.65 mm
(This extrapolates to a wall thickness of 2 mm.)
Height/Thickness - 2.00 mm
I would like recommendations for material. I assume that brass or stainless will hold their shape better but aluminum would be acceptable if it's going to survive shipping. Since it's going to be carried outside the material will need to be reasonably corrosion resistant.
Please either post or PM quotes. I would like to purchase 2.
