Newly Enlightened
I've been looking around for a flashlight with this feature, and so far, I've come up dry...
I found this thread: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/...d.php?t=256484
Like the poster of the thread above, I work on high-speed presses, and need to be able to freeze the material /reciprocating components for troubleshooting, and the xenon strobes are large bulky.
Mentioned within the thread above are:
-Eternalight (Looks perfect, but 4 nichias will not overcome ambient light)
-Jet I PRO V3
-Jet III M
-Mag XL100
After reading the above thread, I bought the Mag and...It uses PWM, even on it's highest brightness setting, rendering the function useless, all I see is a blur!
Since the aforementioned thread was posted, have any new lights with adjustable strobe (say, from 2-50hz) come on the market? Are the JET's UI's manageable for adjusting to a specific frequency? No requirements otherwise, except that it be a flashlight.
