Hi all, I've been lurking for a long time but despite having a pretty decent flashlight collection I have decided I want a new one.
I'm looking for LED light options that are powered by a single CR123 battery. I need at least 100 lumens from it. Right now I have my eye on the Jetbeam RRT-0 but would really like to research the alternatives before I make a purchase.
What worries me about the RRT-0 is I want to do experiments with this light head. Running other electronics at the same time using the same CR123 battery that is powering the light. I'm afraid its protective systems will confuse this drop in voltage with bad batteries .etc and shut the light off.
