Recently my Ra Clicky developed a strange parasitic drain that would deplete a battery in a couple of weeks, left unused.
The light was sent for repair, and in the meantime I managed to reprogram my Novatac 120P to mimic the levels I had on the Clicky.
Henry from RaLights was outstanding, providing almost immediate replies to my emails, and sending over a replacement light in a truly amazing turn around time, considering the mail transit from and to Europe.

And, needless to say, it feels great to have the Clicky back. The 120P is a bit lighter and shorter, but the sheer robustness of the Ra is a pleasure to hold and use. Two great lights, no doubt, but the edge is definetely on the Clicky.
