I've been carrying both of these lights around lately and made a few observations. With L91 or 14500 the ES3 is brighter but heats up quickly on 14500's. The Trust throws slightly better and handles the 14500 heat and length much better. Of my 3 AW14500's only 1 fully fits the ES3 for high low function another comes really close, all other protected 14500 were too long. Both lights very much worth owning.
