I have found a few lights that I would like to buy and a member who lives in Germany has them for sale. I have no problem with the member as he is a really nice person and very reliable. I also have no problem with the cost of shipping as I know it is expected and necessary for such long distance.
What I am concerned about is the actual reliability of the shipping itself. I read many threads of problems with German shipping and I am curious if anyone has had trouble with items shipped from Germany to the U.S.
The delay would not concern me as long as I knew it would make it to me however lost packages, custom issues, and no tracking make me nervous about buying from the sale thread.....any advice?
