Black Diamond Spot 2010

If you have not seen it, check out the new BD Spot. I got one recently and love it. The new Spot is only being sold through REI, but the price is reasonable. I used it in the Cohutta Wilderness on the GA/TN border last weekend. We ended up getting in late and had to hike, cook and pitch camp all by headlamp. Although the features page fails to mention the lockout feature, battery indicator or the fact that both the high flux LED and 5mm proximity LEDs are dim-able.
