Got an LD10 R4. Great light but runtime lacking on max so i was thinking of machining an extension tube to convert it to a virtual LD20.
My machinist can do it for a fraction of the price of a new LD20. Then will take it along for the ride when i anodize some gun parts.
And i even get a (small) boost in brightness.
Is this a good idea? I believe the LD10 and LD20 use the same head?
