Going throw painful withdraw while forcing myself to thin the herd on a few remaining special lights. As fellow flasholics, perhaps you've been there done that too?

Havent been doing much flashlight mods lately, after moving into HID spotlight mods, I am at 1.75 Million lux @ 1 meter mark, getting very close to the throw of my Maxa Beam. I realized that itll take a short arc to beat a short arc, thus, Ive decided to quit making flaslights for a while move into modding short arc spot lights.

With the new commitment, comes with increased needs to purchase supplies hosts in which the cost goes up exponentially over Led lights. In the mean time, I must also keep the commitment made to my family, that the hobby will not cost my family with 3 kids a dime. So here it goes:

US only. PP good only.

Additional cost 4% PP fee on sold price plus

Shipping = $9 for one, $14 for 2 $18 for 3 lights.

batteries not included.

From left to right:

1. Very rare Vintage green color Mag 3C cut down to 1C, bored to run 1x26650 IMR, SSR-50 de-domed combined with deep rebel SMO. Very small tight hot spot. It is the light shown in this build thread. In the end after de-dome, it could out throw my lenden Aspheric Mag I had at the time:

The host is very used when I got it, has many marks scratches,

it's a user not a shelf queen.

$249

2. Vintage Kel-light 2C modernized with XPG R4 Neutral, 1.6Amp 2x li-ion 8.4V driver, runs on 2x Dx 26500 unprotected Li-ion or 2x AW 18500

protected Li-ion with a PVC sleeve included for the 18500s. Will run on 3x123 primary with addition cardboard sleeve (not included), but at half brightness.

The host is extremely rare, here was what the kel-lite collector ABTOMAT said about my host:

I loved this host as its Mag 1C size, but hold 2C capacity, felt very solid in the hand the extreme rare nature of this light, the history of Kel-lite being some what the ancestor of mag lights etc.

Ive mod re-mod this host several times as I am learning new things.

First, as ROP: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/....php?p=2947720

Then the SSR-90 when it first came out:

Further improved throw of SSR-90 using reflector/Aspheric combo:

It finally settled recently into the XPG R4 nutral format as I am selling now,

it uses a P7 reflector as theres not enough room for mag reflector I used a brass heat sink if I remember correctly in the latest rendition.

$195
