Anyone else out there stuck in a line?

I understand the crowds at places like Best Buy or the malls, and normally avoid going out the day after Thanksgiving, but there was a couple of things my wife figured we could use from the Tractor Supply store. Me, being naive, thought there wouldn't be too many folks heading there.

We got here at 5:45am figuring we'd get in and out quick...well, there was already a line half a block long waiting for the doors to open. Now we're halfway to the register having been in line for 45 minutes.

They've been announcing delays due to credit card servers being slow to respond...go figure.

The only entertainment is this group of about 4 ladies behind me all on their cellphones getting and giving updates from their shopping partners. From what I hear, they are all spread throughout the city. Its obvious that they are veterans at this and planned and organized well ahead of time. One of them must be the General as she has made about 6 calls while I post this, giving directions over the phone.

Anyone else in a similar position?

Have you found any good deals?

Is it worth the savings?
