I have a Surefire 6PL and a C2. I'd like to ditch the stock lamps and put some
cree drop-in's into them. They would be 3 mode units. What I would like to
know is with multi-mode lamps do you have to change out the stock tailcaps
eg: momentary on, twist to activate and get the clicky tailcaps to make use of
the multi's? Would they work properly with the stock tailcaps? Thanks.
