I have a Nitecore Defender Infinity and I have been having strange issues with the light.
The main issue is that without warning the light with just die, not dim over time, just die. And occasionally the light with change modes sporadically, instead of simple changing to my second light setting when I loosen the head.
I test the batteries, Eneloops, after the light has died and they still show 1.18V.
I have tried different switches, I have tried simply completing the circuit with a piece of wire, I have cleaned the contacts with an eraser, still it happens.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Does anyone make a complete replacement led assembly that I could just drop in instead of the Nitecore?
