Hey, I'm new and I need some help with a flashlight bulb that I suspect is burned out. I figured this would be the best place to ask about it. I have a 9V Xenon bulb out of a gun light that has stopped working. I know on normal incandescent bulbs, the filament will actually burn up and you can see if it is burned or not. My question is if this is the same with xenon bulbs. The filament looks fine on the bulb and I'd like to know if it is really burned out or not. Is there a way to tell? Thanks.
