Been a fan of LEDs for a while, but it wasn't until crossing paths with CPF did I realize how much information is out there. I still have a headache from reading hundreds of posts about bins, colors, styles, reflectors, modes, batteries, blah, blah, blah. It's a bit overwhelming, but oh so intriguing.
I initially discovered this site by accident when researching duty lights like Surefire and Streamlight, naively thinking they were the only major manufacturers of quality flashlights. Oops. I'm now glad to see there are so many options available for reasonable prices. With that said I just pulled the trigger and ordered a JetBeam Jet-III M R5. Now I just have to watch my wife roll her eyes when she realizes she bought me a flashlight for Christmas.
