The best shops to buy flashlights?

Okay so what shops have good shipping speed? (ships in 1-5 days) and have good warrenty if something goes wrong? (good customer service always counts)

dealextreme says shipping 1-3 days for example, but usaly takes more then 2 weeks to actually ship.
