I recently purchased a Malkoff M60 drop-in on CPFM and Im considering the MD2 for a host. However, I really dont like the bulged look of that switch on the tailcap of the MD2. The rubber switch boot protrudes out quite a ways (at least according to the photo) and Id also like to be able to have the option to tail stand the flashlight. Will any of the Surefire C series tailcaps and switches work on the MD2? Are there any tailcap options that would allow the MD2 to tail stand?
Also, how does that hi-low ring work? In other words, how is the current and output reduced when it is switched in the low position. It looks like they are out of stock right now, but hopefully will be available sometime in the near future.
